Welcome to my website! It’s primarily an outlet for me to publish my poetry (automation courtesy of Elixir).

In early 2017 I moved from Tennessee to San Francisco. Currently, I’m the software team lead at Bodyport where we build medical devices for heart failure patients. I work across the entire stack, including frontend, backends, databases, firmware, and regulatory documentation.

My hobbies include reading, writing, being outside, making music, listening to music, and learning new technologies. I’m a big fan of non-fiction, especially books that show me a new perspective. I also enjoy fiction and the occasional tv show. Over the past decade I’ve written nearly 100 songs and about 150 poems.
